Is there a real reason that a majority of drivers in Los Angeles do not use their turn signals when changing lanes. It is really annoying when driving and I am getting ready to change lanes with my signal on, just to be cut off from some impatient driver thinking that he needs to be in my lane before me without signaling his intensions.
Just would like to know why people feel they don't need to use something that helps stop accidents by letting someone else know you are turning in a lane.
I am not pissed about this, just curious is all.

Almost had three people turn into my car on the freeway today. Main reason is that they were in a rush, and what a surprise that they didn't signal at all before turning.
