Ok.... I get tired of this but it happens and I will keep up on it.
I worked out last night and pushed my endurance a little and it paid off in one big sweat ball... Me. :)
10 laps for over 2 miles. I walked a total of 3 1/2 laps and jogged 6 1/2. Laps 6,7 and laps 9,10 were jogged without stopping.
I then proceeded to the Eliptical Stairmaster. Went for 35 minutes straight. 30 of it was the programed plan and the last 5 minutes was the computer controled cooldown. 507calories burned.
Good news is I felt like I had accomplished something.... Bad news is what happens to me when ever I start working out. I loose a couple pounds the first week, then I gain a couple. I know didn't eat bad last night, but I did have a lot of water, so I am pretty sure it is that. We will see tomorrow morning when I weigh-in.
