Today I pushed my limits and did it. Weighed in at 204 so I have lost 4 lbs now since I started working out 5 days ago.
Jogged 4, walked 1, jogged 4, walked 1, jogged 4, walked 1. Total of 15 laps. 13 1/2 is 3 miles. I am now going to focus on jogging up to three miles. I don't need to increase my laps now just endurance. Which is coming along pretty good now. Once I get that down, then I will be working on speed increases.
Once I was done jogging, I went down and did 4 sets of 20 situps, Inside Leg sets, Outside Leg sets, Leg extensions, butterfly sets, and bicep set curls.
Good Progress I think. Just have to keep my daily intake to good food. I should be below 200 by the end of the week.
