Yep... After trying to watch my weight just by eating differently I have now decided to kick start my body into loosing weight the hard way. Excersise. LOL Heading to the Gym now.... May pass out after this initial workout.
Update............ Just got back from the Gym. Jogged one lap walked one for a total of 8 laps which is 1 lap short of 2 miles. Boy am I out of shape. It is going to take me a little longer than I thought to get back to even jogging a mile without doing the walk a lap thing.
