I actually had reported that it was day 5 two days ago for my workouts. Well not so fast. I was trying to add a day to early. Last night was day 5 and I keep on getting improvement.
Jogged 5, walked 1, jogged 5, walked 1, jogged 2, walked 1 = 15 Laps. It is always a challenge to jog the second set of 5 or more since I just want to stop around the 3 lap. LOL But some how I keep on going. Although I maybe jogging pretty slow I must be increasing my endurance and like I said before, I want to go 13 1/2 laps non stop eventually.
Also did my usual 4 sets of 20 situps, inside, outside, leg extensions, butterfly, bicep curl, tricep pushdowns.
At the end of my workout I stumbled out of the gym and back to the house where I promptly passed out at 9pm at night. Ended up waking up at 4am but just went back to sleep after laying awake for 30 minutes.
Weighed in at 203.5 today. And I know why I didn't loose that whole pound. I'll try to be better today.
