Yes folks, I have begun the Workout Round again, and I can say with delight that I am not totally out of shape like I thought I was.
I began my workout this day with just some Aerobic Cardio stuff. Jogged 1 mile in under 10 minutes which suprised me, didn't even think about stopping, and could have run at least two more laps but I didn't. I then made my way to the Eliptical Stair Master Machine. Punched in 25 minutes at level 4 and off I went. Yes I sweat a lot today but I made it without thinking of quiting.
I will be back on track to add more muscle mass as the week goes on, just in time for Texas A&M's first football game this coming Saturday. Gig'em Aggies.
