I have feelings. These feelings run deep for my children. I have feelings that run deep for Shannon.

Since Shannon decided to end our relationship I have been trying to deal with my emotions. It is hard. and I know I will get over it over time. But one thing I have found out is that if I can talk about my feelings openly, it helps me release anger, depression, and bitterness instead of just bottling them up inside me.

I am a father and will always be a father to my children. To this end I will stay true and they will see it over time. Joshua and Joanna, your my guiding light. :)

Just thought I had to write this down.

I woke up this morning and do you know what I did.    LOL     No not that silly.
I got out of bed and pet may two cats. Jerry and Frankie. Then proceeded to.... No not that... to feed them so they would stop bothering me at 5:30am. Good God they want to be fed early these days.

Now onto other things. I am Master of the Universe.. Well maybe not. But I am fresh with new ideas that I want to work on at work and at home, and for my friends.

That's a lot of stuff all at once ins't it. LOL

Since I have a new office with no window to the outside world now. I have an extra Web Cam. I think I will experiment with the Good one at work a little and see what the little one does at home.

Here I am at work. Where are all the Dancing Women I was promised. LOL

Well today is the email change over for the Entire IT Staff. Now we will see if the Exchange Server is up to the task. I sure hope so. Woohoo!!!!

Other Thoughts...

Hmmm.... Mountains, Cool Air, Clean Pine Air.... Boy I miss the mountains and how it recharges me.

You know... That title should suggest that there will be total destruction. Worlds are pretty big things.

But I have to say that this album is pretty neat.

My vacation is coming up and I need to start looking at rental cars. I am going to be one driving fool, if I can't get things organized with my friends. WooHoo... Either way, I am heading to the Mountains for a couple Days. I need it. I can smell it now. Cool Pine Air. Ahhhhhh... I am feeling relaxed already.

Well, back to organizing my Office again. I got a new L-shaped Desk and am now arranging things on it. I'll see if I can get a snap shot of it later in the day.

Not sure if I can ever leave. LOL I am heading out to see my best friend Mike in California tomorrow. I should be gone a whole week so don't really expect me to change much here. I should come back loaded with pictures and stories of my adventures in the Mountains of Los Angeles.

I made it back from my trip to California. I wanted to see more of my friends but I just couldn't make it to see all of them. There will be other trips so all is not lost. LOL

As soon as I get the pictures uploaded I will post some of them here to show you some of the things I did. It was a great trip, and getting up into the mountains helped me immensely.

And yes I escaped California one more time. WOooHooooo!!!

Yes folks, I have begun the Workout Round again, and I can say with delight that I am not totally out of shape like I thought I was.

I began my workout this day with just some Aerobic Cardio stuff. Jogged 1 mile in under 10 minutes which suprised me, didn't even think about stopping, and could have run at least two more laps but I didn't. I then made my way to the Eliptical Stair Master Machine. Punched in 25 minutes at level 4 and off I went. Yes I sweat a lot today but I made it without thinking of quiting.

I will be back on track to add more muscle mass as the week goes on, just in time for Texas A&M's first football game this coming Saturday. Gig'em Aggies.

My days consist of converting Users from Novell Groupwise to Outlook. I am also looking to computers with Virus's to stomp them out where I find the. Such is the life of an IT Man. LOL

Actually I had to take a break this morning when I found a link to Star Wars Kid. The unfortunate soul who video taped himself fighting imaginary foes with his modified broomstick. I am finally recovering from laughing so hard with all the funny remakes of his antics. I am also glad that people are donating money to him and sending the petition to Lucus to have him in SW3 with a cameo apperance.

Just got an email telling me that Dana, my friend from Los Angeles is coming out for two weekends. WOW..... I was planning on going on a road trip on one of the weekends but I will have to put that off now to accomdate a good friend.
So if you see someone else on some of the webcam images that is probably him from the 5th through the 15th.

I may just have to update this page a little more also. I am getting tired of not having a true forum where you can all post questions and replies to things. I'll see what I can whip up.

I should be back online at home in about two hours. I am Gym bound.
