Okie Dokie Folkies.... I guess

Okie Dokie Folkies....

I guess I have been ignoring you once again. I am all better and will be starting back on the Bob Workout program tonight. To get you back up to speed. I lost 4 lbs while I was on the two weeks workout before I got sick. I weighed myself and I still have the 4 lbs off, good news. I thought I would have to start all over.

On other news. I am working with a professional version of Lightwave 7.5 so I will be posting some of the good 3D renders I make. Look for them.

Well, I am just about

Well, I am just about done with this cold and will be going back to the Gym, maybe tonight. I will definately be there tomorrow though and I will keep you updated as to how I do.

In the future I will list the machines I am working on and the weights. And don't laugh at me, cause I am starting at such low weights.

Being Sick can be

Being Sick can be fun sometimes, but other times when you have to take medication that makes you forget is not. I am about to take some pills that will once again make me turn into a vegitable all day. Weeeeeeee

Yesterdays Update.... I got home,

Yesterdays Update....

I got home, changed into some shorts and a T-Shirt layed down on my bed for a 30 minute nap(6pm) and then woke up at 10pm. Oppsss.. So much for getting my workout in. Today will be a different story. I feel more rested so I will definately be going to work the evil stuff off my body. :)

Workout Update... Well, my endurance

Workout Update...

Well, my endurance is going up as far as my workout is going. I am now jogging a full mile, walking an 1/8th and then jogging for another Half mile. After that I hit the Stair Master Machine for 20 minutes on Level 9 mode with a modifier of 3. By the end of this, my shirt is 100% soaked 3/4's of the way down. Then I hit the Workout machines and do at least 2 to three sets of reps on each major muscle group. This all takes around 2 hours to complete.
Last night I finished and didn't feel like crawling into a corner to sleep. This morning is a different story though. I felt my stomach muscles and boy do they hurt.

Well, this is the daily update on the Bob Workout program. I should be taking Friday and Saturday off since my body needs a couple days off to recover. I also think that maybe next week I will start to notice some changes for the better in my body.

Now that doesn't mean I will look any better looking in the morning when I wake up. I just don't think I will look good in low light with 6 hours sleep. LOL
