Workout Update... Well, my endurance
Workout Update...
Well, my endurance is going up as far as my workout is going. I am now jogging a full mile, walking an 1/8th and then jogging for another Half mile. After that I hit the Stair Master Machine for 20 minutes on Level 9 mode with a modifier of 3. By the end of this, my shirt is 100% soaked 3/4's of the way down. Then I hit the Workout machines and do at least 2 to three sets of reps on each major muscle group. This all takes around 2 hours to complete.
Last night I finished and didn't feel like crawling into a corner to sleep. This morning is a different story though. I felt my stomach muscles and boy do they hurt.
Well, this is the daily update on the Bob Workout program. I should be taking Friday and Saturday off since my body needs a couple days off to recover. I also think that maybe next week I will start to notice some changes for the better in my body.
Now that doesn't mean I will look any better looking in the morning when I wake up. I just don't think I will look good in low light with 6 hours sleep. LOL
