I am now on Day 4 of my workout program and my body is killing me, but I keep moving up with endurance and weights. I guess this is a good thing, but it sure doesn't feel good right now. I am just sore all over. Once I get in shape though these aches and pains should go away and the real work will begin. I expect it to take another two weeks of feeling like this before I start to get used to it.
