Information Update

Yes I am still on my Buff Bob Program. This makes it a week straight that I have been working out. Not all of it straight. I had some cold bug or something Thursday night and didn't get back to the Gym till Sunday, but out of Sunday to Sunday, I have been there 5 times out of 8 days.

Wish me luck, one of these days I will see some difference, but I know it will probably take at least two more weeks before I start seeing anything happening.

btw: Still looking for that Busty GF. :) Actually any GF at this point. LOL

I am now on Day 4 of my workout program and my body is killing me, but I keep moving up with endurance and weights. I guess this is a good thing, but it sure doesn't feel good right now. I am just sore all over. Once I get in shape though these aches and pains should go away and the real work will begin. I expect it to take another two weeks of feeling like this before I start to get used to it.

Cheer me on folks. LOL

News Update....

I am now on day three of the Buff Bob Program. It is working so far. I have lost two pounds in three days and I expect more to drop off the coming week. It is after this initial water loss that I will start to see a better me in the mirror but that will take some time.
Right now all the muscles hurt in my body.....well not Every Muscle. LOL

I am planning on finally make some changes to the web page this weekend. I will get rid of the adventures section and replace it with a full Blogger web page. The Misc Shots will turn into Latest Outings. and will feature the long awaited pictures of where I work and other stuff.

What the heck. I am not dating anyone now and it doesn't hurt to tell people I guess.

I think I need more coffee. I just saw an image from my work Cam and it still looks like I have huge bags under my eyes.

If anyone knows how to get rid of these let me know. It also looks like I am really serious all the time. Not really, thats just how I look. I do get into my work and all involved in it so I may look like I am glue'd to the screen. LOL

I also brought the CD's to make the changes to my webpage from work. If I have the extra time I will be editing the pages from here.
